The idea of creating an online space where parents can find simple techniques to incorporate into family life to help their children and themselves manage anxiety has been inspired by years of teaching the Chilled Out Child classes, workshops and teacher training programme in yoga studios, community centres and schools.

It is not lost on me that if you do not live in a big bustling city surrounded by lots of opportunity to study from a wide range of course providers, that you will be missing out.

With this in mind, I have developed an online mentored mindfulness facilitator training programme to help you develop your own meditation practice and learn how to teach mindfulness to children and teenagers regardless of where you are based in the world.

There are only two requirements; the first one is you will need an internet connection and the second one, is the desire to learn how to bring more calm, clarity and connection into your own life and share these life skills with children and teenagers.
